How to get there
By car
1. Take the Highway 34 (Bangna-Trat) to Chonburi and turn into the Highway 344 (Ban Bueng-Klaeng) for about 90 kilometers, you will reach Amphoe Klaeng Junction in Rayong.
2. Take the Highway 7 (Bangkok-Chonburi Special Highway) at Lad Krabang or a the kilometer marker 8 on Bangna-Trat Road. Then get out of the highway at Amphoe Ban Bueng, and continue with the Highway 344 to Rayong.
By bus : There are buses from Ekkamai Bus Station or Mo Chit Bus Station to Rayong Town, Amphoe Ban Pae, and Amphoe Mabtapud of Rayong.

How to get there : By public boat service from Laem Ngob to Koh Wai (once a day) or by rented boats (applied fishing boat), the journey takes about 2.30 hours.Location : About 6 kilometers from Ban Pae
How to get there : From Nuantip Port at Ban Pae, there will be passenger boat to Koh Samet, which leaves every 30 minutes.
Details : Koh Samet is the most famous island of Rayong. With an oblong shape, most of the beaches of Koh Samet are located in the east, with an exception of Ao Prao. As a result, all accommodations are also located at the east of the island. Following are outstanding beaches of the island

Haad Sai Kaew Located in the east of the island near the check point of the National Park, Haad Sai Kaew is like the center of Koh Samet. This is because it is the cleanest and the most because it is the cleanest and the most beautiful sandy beach of Koh Samet. So the beach gets the name"Haad Sai Kaew" , which means the beach with glassy sand.

Ao Wong Duen This is the beach that gains popularity not less than Haad Sai Kaew. Haad Wong Duen is of the crescent moon shape, with reddish brown sand and crystal clear water nice for swimming and various sea activities.
Ao Pai Although Ao Pai is just next to Haad Sai Kaew with only a rock in between, it is much more peaceful without any sea activities. Yet the beach is also white , clean and nice for swimming.

Haad Klong Phrao Haad Klong Phrao is a clean sandy beach with clear water nice for swimming. As the only western beach of Koh Samet, it is the most beautiful sunset view spot of the island.

Ao Cho - Lung Wang The two bays are the favorites for students with tranqul surroundings and cheaper accommodations. The beach also has white, clean sand suitable for swimming.
